Sunday Nav provides route optimization software for ice cream truck operators, including real-time alerts for heatwaves, school dismissals, and local events.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused periods within 30 days of purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sunday Nav is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that route recommendations will result in increased sales. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of France.
